About Me

My Background

As the Founder and Lead Consultant with IX2, Jennifer uses a biblically based blend of coaching and consulting to bring clarity and momentum to a team’s vision.  Her holistic yet simplistic approach is based on over 25 years of experience in both ministry and corporate settings, with 8 of those years immersed in hands-on ministry.  Jennifer is trained in the Clarity Model, Lean Sigma, and MCODE, which gives her the experience and tools to facilitate collaborative, strategic visioning sessions that help leaders take action and move their businesses or organizations to the next level. She is an engaging communicator with a keen understanding of personality profiles and communication styles.   Jennifer brings focus and simplicity to strategic planning and leadership coaching and helps to develop realistic plans to move your vision forward.

“I am passionate about supporting leaders and their vision in a way that is encouraging, safe, and yet, can ask the hard questions. I am committed to excellence, efficiency and building strong relationships with each unique team that I support. My goal is to encourage strategic thinking through collaborative environments that allow for the space and ideas to build the best possible roadmap. Ix2 is built around Proverbs 27:17 – as iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another. It is inspiring to see what happens when we all bring the best of ourselves and funnel that towards a greater good.”

My Qualifications

  • Strategic planning and leadership coaching with an emphasis on clarity, culture, and growth preparations – 13 years Corporate experience, 8 years Ministry experience and over 6 years of Independent Coaching and Consulting.
  • Certified MCODE Facilitator – MCODE is backed by science and built to understand leader’s unique motivations, which leads to increased self-awareness, behavior changes and better personal and organizational outcomes.
  • Certified Clarity Model Facilitator – Clarity Model is a tool to facilitate conversations, drive alignment, create common language, and ultimately improve efficiency and results; can be applied with individuals, groups, or organizations.
