It was our privilege to engage Jen Fuller of IX2 as a partner in our annual retreat and planning session. With clarity and focus, Jen reflected back to us some of the issues that were limiting our effectiveness as a team and organization. After several pre-retreat planning discussions, Jen facilitated our team in 6 engaging, interactive sessions, using great questions and several other techniques and systems, to help us define solutions to our biggest barriers.
